Hi, I’m Sarah.

I am a licensed therapist, school counselor, and private practice owner. I am passionate about helping teens and young adults break unhealthy thinking patterns and negative coping strategies that are not serving them right. Backed by current science and research, my practice is grounded in better understanding yourself by talking through your challenges.  Here’s to starting the journey to rediscover “normal”.

  • Adulting is hard. There is no book, podcast, or “how to guide” that will fully prepare you for the real world. As a young woman myself, I will walk alongside you as you navigate big life changes, difficult decisions, relationships, and painful past experiences. You do not have to do this alone.

  • Hormones, adjusting to middle and high school, awkwardness, peer pressure, and everything in between. Our teens today are in an extremely fragile period of their lives and we must work together to prevent them from being overlooked.
